8011 H16 H14 aluminum sheet strip and foil for vial seals
Nowadays aluminum vial cap is normally use 8011 H16/H14 to make it, then lacquered by epoxy clear varnish, or lacquered in different colors, normally in yellow color, golden color, red color, blue color and black color.
- Both sides clear epoxy varnish.
- One side clear epoxy varnish, the other side color coated.
- Golden color /yellow color: both sides coating 5-6g/m2, one side coating 2-3g/m2.
- White/red/black/blue color: Both sides coating 10-13g/m2.
8011 aluminum sheet for omnia twist off lid
The Omnia aluminum cap is relatively shallow, and is generally made of one time annealed 8011 cast rolled aluminum. In order to maintain good seal quality, 8011 aluminum sheet is varnish coated on the inner surface to maintain the perfect combination of the omina cap and the inner plastic pad.
