To minimize color variation between sheets and matching extrusions, we offer same-batch anodizing in 6063 with clear, champagne, bronze, or black finishes.
- Co-anodize sheets & extrusions in the same lot; keep surface prep unified (brushed #180/#240 or sandblast 80–120 mesh).
- Typical film thickness: 10–15 µm (decorative), ~18 µm (architectural Class I), ≥25 µm (hard anodizing).
- Pre-production samples for color approval; optional ΔE target on request; PE film + export packing to protect finish.
