MIG/TIG process with proper cleaning and filler wire selection. Post-weld straightening and heat treatment options available.

Straight or round-end slots by CNC ling or stamping. Dimensions, pitch, and tolerances per drawing.
Can be combined with bending/welding processes.
Machining
Services include cut-to-size, milling, chamfering, deburring, drilling, countersinking, and tapping. Recommended machining allowance +1.5–3 mm after sawing.
Punching
Holes with standard edge distance and spacing, suitable for single or multiple rows. Options include deburring, countersinking, and post-anodizing.
