Plane clearance

Place the ruler horizontally on any plane of the profile, and measure the gap between the profile plane and the ruler, and the plane gap is not more than 1% of the width of the profile.Quick Quote

Twist

The profile is placed on the platform, and the twisting degree around the longitudinal axis of any part of the profile is not more than 1° per meter of length, and the total twisting degree of the total length of L meters of the profile is not more than L°.

Curvature

Place the profile on the platform, and the maximum gap between the profile plane and the straight edge every 300mm along the longitudinal direction shall not be greater than 0.8mm. The maximum gap between the profile plane and the straight edge shall not be greater than (2.5) on the full length L meter × L) Mm.

Tangent slope

The ends of profiles shall be cut flush, and the cutting slope of profiles with Circumscribed circle diameter less than or equal to 250mm shall not be greater than 3 °, and the cutting slope of profiles with Circumscribed circle diameter greater than 250mm shall not be greater than 2 °.

Appearance quality

No corrosion spots or cracks are allowed on the surface of the profile.

The surface of the 7A52 aluminium alloy for armored profile allows for defects such as peeling, bubbles, dents, scratches, and various forms of indentation, impact, etc. that do not exceed the negative deviation of the wall thickness. The total area of defects within one meter of length should not exceed 4% of the surface of the profile.

The surface of the 7A52 aluminium alloy for armored profile is allowed to be repaired longitudinally until a smooth surface is formed.

For profiles that require mechanical processing, the depth of defects at the processing point should not exceed half of the machining allowance. 3.6.5: Oxidized, non coarse white, and dark spots are allowed to exist.

Characteristics of 7A52 T6 armored aluminum alloy profiles

Lightweight high strength: aluminum alloy is a lightweight material that has a lighter weight than traditional steel. At the same time, the 7A52 T6 aluminum alloy is usually made of high-strength alloys with high strength and rigidity, allowing the armor structure to reduce overall weight while maintaining strength, improving maneuverability and fuel efficiency.

Corrosion resistance: aluminum alloy has good corrosion resistance, and can maintain its performance and appearance even under harsh environmental conditions, extending the service life of the armor structure.

Thermal conductivity: aluminum alloy has high thermal conductivity, which can effectively disperse heat and reduce the thermal stress and thermal damage of armor structure in high temperature environment.

Good processability: 7A52 T6 aluminum alloy for armor is easy to process and form, and can be manufactured into various complex shapes by various methods (such as extrusion, casting, forging, etc.) to adapt to different armor design needs.

Bulletproof performance: 7A52 T6 Aluminum alloy profiles for armor are reasonably designed and processed to provide a certain degree of bulletproof ability to protect occupants and equipment from the threat of shrapnel, bullets and shells.

Electromagnetic properties: 7A52 T6 Aluminum alloy profiles for armor has good electromagnetic properties in a certain range, and has a certain shielding effect on electromagnetic waves, which helps to reduce electromagnetic interference of electronic equipment.
