CR III Corrosion-Resistant Coating

The CR III coating is a proven protective system consisting of a chromate-based conversion layer and an organometallic polymer. The process is applied to the aluminum foil before it is formed into honeycomb, creating a stable chemical bond with the substrate. This ensures long-lasting adhesion, preventing delamination and maintaining both corrosion resistance and mechanical performance over time. CR III corrosion-resistant coating has been specified by the U.S. military for almost 50 years.

CR-PAA™ Phosphoric Acid Anodized Coating
