Fine microstructure

The low-magnification specimen of the rod exhibits no segregation, non-metallic inclusions, cracks, coarse grains, or tailing defects. The grain size is ≤2 grade, and there is a layer present on the low-magnification specimen of the rod, with a depth not exceeding half of the diameter tolerance allowance.

Microstructure

The microstructure of the rod exhibits the presence of a small amount of primary silicon, but it is uniformly distributed. The maximum linear dimension of the primary silicon does not exceed 0.08mm.

Appearance quality

The surface of the rod is free from cracks, bubbles, and corrosion spots.
