Seamless aluminum pipes are manufactured using the reverse (indirect) extrusion process. Aluminum rods are heated and forced through a die in the opposite direction of the ram, producing high-quality pipes with uniform wall thickness and fine-grained microstructure. This method minimizes internal stress and ensures precise dimensions across all pipe sizes.
